Website Deletion Requires Sign-In
لا نحذف الحساب بمجرد كتابة بريد. يجب تسجيل الدخول أولاً حتى نثبت أن الحساب يخصك، ثم نرسل طلب الحذف باسم حسابك الموثّق.
We do not delete an account just because an email was typed. You must sign in first so we can verify ownership, then we send the deletion request as your authenticated account.

١. حذف مباشر من التطبيق
1. Delete Directly from the App
افتح التطبيق وأتبع الخطوات:
Open the app and follow these steps:
- ١ افتح تطبيق LogiRift
- ٢ انتقل إلى الملف الشخصي ← الإعدادات
- ٣ اضغط على "حذف الحساب" في منطقة الخطر
- ٤ أكّد طلب حذف الحساب
- ٥ يُعطّل الحساب فوراً وتُحذف بيانات الحساب نهائياً بعد 30 يوماً
- 1 Open the LogiRift app
- 2 Go to Profile → Settings
- 3 Tap "Delete Account" in the Danger Zone
- 4 Confirm the account deletion request
- 5 Your account is disabled immediately and account data is permanently deleted after 30 days

هذا الإجراء لا يمكن التراجع عنه من داخل التطبيق بعد تأكيده. لا يمكنك استخدام الحساب بعد الطلب، وتبدأ مدة احتفاظ 30 يوماً لمعالجة الحذف النهائي.

2. Authenticated Deletion from the Website
لتأكيد أن الحساب يخصك، سجّل الدخول بنفس طريقة حساب LogiRift ثم اضغط طلب حذف الحساب. بعد نجاح الطلب، يُعطّل الحساب فوراً وتبدأ مدة الاحتفاظ 30 يوماً قبل الحذف النهائي.
To confirm the account belongs to you, sign in using your LogiRift account method, then request deletion. After success, the account is disabled immediately and the 30-day retention period starts before final deletion.

إذا لم تستطع تسجيل الدخول، استخدم البريد فقط كطلب دعم. هذا المسار لا يحذف الحساب مباشرة ولا يعتمد على كتابة البريد وحدها؛ سنحتاج للتحقق من ملكية الحساب أولاً قبل أي معالجة.
If you cannot sign in, use email only as a support request. This path does not delete the account directly and does not rely on a typed email alone; we must verify account ownership before any processing.

What Gets Deleted?

- ✓ ملف المستخدم والاسم والصورة والدولة
- ✓ الرصيد الافتراضي وسجل المعاملات الافتراضية
- ✓ رموز إشعارات الدفع وتفضيلات الإشعارات المرتبطة بالحساب
- ✓ سجلات التحليلات التشغيلية المرتبطة بمعرّف حسابك
- ✓ إدخالات لوحة المتصدرين تُزال فوراً عند الطلب
- ✓ Firebase Authentication account after the 30-day retention period
- ✓ User profile, name, photo, and country
- ✓ Virtual balance and virtual transaction records
- ✓ Push notification tokens and notification preferences linked to the account
- ✓ Operational analytics records linked to your account ID

قد تبقى سجلات المباريات والغرف المشتركة كسجلات لعب مشتركة للحفاظ على نزاهة المباراة وتجربة اللاعبين الآخرين، مع إزالة بيانات حسابك الشخصية من ملفك ورموز الإشعارات ولوحات المتصدرين. قد تبقى سجلات بلاغات السلامة وقرارات الإشراف والعقوبات كسجلات مقيدة عند الحاجة لحماية اللاعبين أو منع الاحتيال أو تدقيق قرارات الإشراف. مرفقات صور البلاغات تُحذف عادة بعد 90 يوماً من إغلاق البلاغ وبحد أقصى 180 يوماً. قد تحتفظ Firebase/Google بسجلات تشغيل وأداء ومراسلة وأمان وفق سياساتها الخاصة.
Shared room and match records may remain as shared gameplay records for match integrity and other players, while your personal account profile, notification tokens, and leaderboard entries are removed. Safety report records, moderation decisions, and sanctions may remain as restricted records when needed for player safety, fraud prevention, or moderation auditability. Report image attachments are normally deleted 90 days after report closure and 180 days at the latest. Firebase/Google may retain operational, performance, messaging, and security logs under their own policies.
